ECO CUSHIONS POTENTIAL WINNER IN KOREA

CUSHIONS created using recycled and natural fabrics by a Leicester-based textile artist have given her the chance to win 30,000 US dollars, about £14,637, in an International Craft Competition held in Korea.
Design Factory member, Ruth Singer, was selected to showcase a selection of her work in Korea for the Cheongju International Craft Biennial in October after participating in the HauteGreen design show, part of New York Design Week that took place in May 2007.
