Working behind the scenes and on the ground, our small team is passionate and dedicated to delivering success, which in turn, has won Design Factory great acclaim over the years.

Design Factory is a not-for-profit organisation funded through North Kesteven District Council and Arts Council England East Midlands. We are also extremely grateful to our previous funders, East Midlands Development Agency and ERDF Objective 2.
