Junction Arts are looking for expressions of interest from artists to contribute to the Bright Winter Nights lantern parade to be held in Bolsover on Saturday 1st December 2012. In previous years Junction Arts have worked with a number of artists including Rachel Carter, Tim Haynes, Elaine Lim Newton and Babbling Vagabonds to produce outstanding pieces of public art in Bolsover Castle grounds.

Junction Arts will support the chosen artist on their independent funding application, (e.g Grants for the Arts). In addition, project support will be provided by Junction Arts to the artist and will include marketing, administration and audience provision. If you would like to be considered to be part of this much loved community event and feel you could add to this magical parade please could you forward the following information:


• A brief description of your project proposal (including estimated budget) and how it links to the Bright Winter Nights programme and Bolsover Lantern Parade (max 2 pages)
• Copy of current CV.

• Confirmations of CRB and Public Liability Insurance.
