Design Factory's independent selection panel met last week and made some tough decisions about the latest round of applications to join the East Midlands leading creative development agency.

Design Factory are delighted to welcome 3 new Designer/maker members:

Esther Patterson of Curiousa and Curiousa:
Curiousa and Curiousa's range by Esther Patterson includes bone china and hand blown glass table and ceiling lights, upholstered vintage chairs and wallpaper designs. The element of surprise, childhood memories or beauty within perceived ugliness are all synonymous with Esther's work.

Helen Brown Ceramics:
Specialising in figurative sculpture, Helen practices a variety of techniques; hand building, modelling and moulded work. She uses the figure as a vehicle to represent ideas of form, as well as a metaphor to express different aspects of the human condition.

Milly Moore:
Milly Moore creates jewellery that acknowledges and marks poignant events, explores what we consider to be sacred and recognises the intrinsic energy of worn materials and objects.
